Technical Writing

"Technical Writing" usually refers to the dry, day-to-day documentation that makes business flow smoothly. Contrary to how that sounds, it is a lot of fun to write, and extremely useful. Why does your business need a Brand Manual? Because it helps make your communications flow better, and you look dapper doing it. Why does your business need a Process Manual? Because it can often help you save on insurance. Oh! And makes it easier to train your employees. See? It doesn't exactly read like Stephen King, but boy-howdy is Technical Writing useful.
